Uncomfortable Growth was born during the COVID-19 pandemic when even highly successful leaders began to question what they really wanted. Integrating leadership, neuroscience, and psychology with practical application to work and life, rowena developed Uncomfortable Growth as a blueprint for executive leaders looking to uncover who they are, what they really want and how to make it happen.

Rowena consults and runs capability programs for many of the world's most admired brands and companies. With over 20 years in Australian and international roles for companies such as Procter & Gamble. Johnson & Johnson and Seven West Media, she is an expert in customer led growth, which is achieved through the integration of brand experience, customer experience, people experience and innovation experience.

Her purpose is helping leaders grow, so business growth is boundless. She uniquely combines business, leadership and change management skills to make transformation happen. She works across all levels of organisations - helping to "unravel the knots which hold people and business back and then develop the capabilities they need to realise their potential. She is an expert in how to build the plane while still flying it.

Having juggled 20 years of marriage, an international career, cancer and two beautiful daughters, Rowena believes that you can have it all - just not all at once. As part of giving back she mentors other executive leaders in how they can thrive with the choices they make, and how those choices can evolve.
